Five charming stops in the heart of Lavaux

The capites

Capite No. 1
The Allours

The terraced vineyard covers 2.81 hectares. The clay-limestone soils and optimal sunshine provide ideal conditions for growing magnificent Chasselas, Garanoir, Doral, and Sauvignon Blanc grapes.

Capite No. 2
The Cure of Attalens

La Cure d'Attalens in Chardonne was the first prestigious Vaud wine estate acquired by Emile Obrist in 1896.

Planted mainly with Chasselas, the king of grape varieties in our region, the 15 hectares of vines are tended by four experienced winegrowers, including Corinne Buttet, the first female winegrower ever to be honored at a Fête des Vignerons.

Capite No. 3
Chatonneyre

Since 1912, the Chaudet family has been cultivating its vineyards, which are spread across the most prestigious appellations of Lavaux: Chardonne, Saint-Saphorin, Rivaz, and the holy grail of Vaudois vineyards, Dézaley.

Capite No. 4
La Corsaline

Located in the Lavaux vineyards, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the 12 hectares cultivated by the Corseaux winegrowers produce wines of character, derived from an exceptional terroir.

Founded in 1916 by six winegrowers, the Corseaux Wine Association was created to better market their production. From the very first harvest, it produced more than 45,000 liters of Chasselas and nearly 1,700 liters of red wine, and quickly saw other producers join.

In 2015, the association celebrated its 99th harvest, notably on the iconic plots of Les Rochettes and Le Clos de Châtonneyre.

Capite No. 5
La Combe

The 7.4-hectare Neyroud-Fonjallaz estate is located in the heart of the thousand-year-old Lavaux vineyards in Chardonne. It offers panoramic views of Lake Geneva and the Alps.

Our vineyards are located in prestigious production areas: Chardonne, Saint-Saphorin, Calamin, and Dézaley, where our flagship grape variety, Chasselas, native to our Lake Geneva region, expresses itself beautifully, showcasing all the specific characteristics of the terroir. Other specialties such as Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Gamaret also thrive here.
